The Garden in My Heart is filled to overflowing,
With blessings from above.
The flowers there, are all scented
With the Lord's unending song.
For, as I welcome in the new day,
I know, in my heart a blessing is on its way.
For, I thought I heard a whisper from a far.
I know, that the whispers are from the Lord's angels,
They are sprinkling angel dust, on an unending song,
In The Garden In My Heart,
That begins with a prayer
To welcome in the new day. Tulips and Roses all seems to be in bloom,
For, as the green ferns uncurl their leaves
To raise and face the dawn,
In the sunrise of a new day.
Apple blossoms fill the air,
As a warm Spring breeze starts to blow,
In The Garden Of My Heart.
At that very moment, I hear singing,
That brings Joy to my heart,
And as I listen-I realize that it is the song,
That comes through every heart,
When Spring comes dancing through
On the Wings of a Spring shower,
That brings blessings
To The Garden Of My Heart.
I know, this is the beginning of another new day,
Sprinkled with the Lord's Love
I whisper this prayer, as I start my day.
How precious is your love, Lord!
Thank you for letting me take refuge
In the shadow of your wings,
And I, Thank you, Lord, for the blessings
