GREETING FROM PAPA DAN,
This letter is to inform you about the status of River of Life Network Philippines.
While I was ministering in the USA the Lord spoke to me about making a transition. The transition was dealing with refocusing on the original vision that Father gave to me in 1989. That vision was that Father sent me to this nation to bring leadership of His church into maturity. We established Let God Arise Ministries and began training leaders and developing relationships.
In the year 1998 Father spoke to me to begin ROLN to bring together the different members of His body to worship Him. In the next few years ROLN grew and we began holding national meeting each year. The cost of those national meeting increased to the point that all our money was being spent for ROLN meetings and our LGA churches were being forgotten. Maybe you can understand if I explain like this, if you have a family or church you are responsible to support and you spent that money they needed. Wouldn't that be wrong?
Therefore the elders of LGA/ROLN held a meeting and agreed to obey the Lord and renew our focus on LGA. We decided to hold ROLN national meetings every two years.
I also decided to repent and make the national meeting all about worship. Like the song says, I AM SORRY LORD FOR THE THING I HAVE MADE IT. In the ROLN meeting to be held in Butaun City we will no longer be giving away gifts to encourage Pastors to attend. We want you to come because you love the Lord and love to worship Him. We will continue to provide assistance for food and lodging.
Another change will also take place. We will not send out information by mail, we were wasting so much of Gods money because many letters would be returned and also many who received the invitation never responded.
